Purpose. MyCVSwiss makes it possible to create CVs and cover letters to Swiss standards, as well as job-search evidence documents.

Prices and payment. All prices are in Swiss francs. Every offer is a one-time payment: there is no subscription, no renewal and no automatic charge. Launch prices are valid until 30 September 2026; they will then rise to CHF 39.00, 69.00 and 99.00. A purchase made before that date remains acquired. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never have access to your card details.

Access. Purchased features are acquired without any time limit, with the exception of the Mini-CRM, valid for 12 months from the purchase.

Delivery. Access is activated immediately after payment confirmation.

Refunds. These are digital products delivered instantly. No refund is granted after a document without a watermark has been downloaded. Should a technical problem prevent us from delivering what you paid for, write to us: we will fix it or refund you.

Your responsibility. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in your documents. Our automatic suggestions are writing aids, to be checked before any submission to an employer or to a regional employment centre.

Applicable law. Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Vevey.

Data processed. The email address of your account; the content you enter or import (CVs, letters, applications, work certificates), which may include sensitive data; anonymous traffic statistics.

Statistics. We measure traffic without any tracking cookie, without keeping IP addresses and without any identifier that would allow you to be followed from one day to the next.

Payment. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe. We only keep the amount, the date and the product purchased.

Processors. Hosting and database, payment processing, and artificial intelligence services for rewriting your documents.

Retention period. Your documents are kept until your account is deleted. Accounting records relating to purchases are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, deletion of or portability of your data by writing to the contact address.

Commitments. We do not sell any data, we do not display any advertising, and the content of your CVs is never viewed for commercial purposes.
